Santa visits Chiniak by Coast Guard helicopter
KODIAK, Alaska - Santa and his helpers arrived in Chiniak by Coast Guard helicopter at about 10 A.M. Monday to deliver presents and Christmas cheer to the village children. The visit was the first of six to villages around Kodiak Island. The Coast Guard Officer Spouses Association sponsers the event each year.
