ANCHORAGE, Alaska - President George W. Bush speaks to an audience of 5,000 troops, military families and civilians at Elmendorf Air Force Base Monday. In his speech Bush thanked the military and their families for their dedication and outlined his strategy for victory in the War on Terror. Anchorage was a stop over on the President's trip to Asia.
