SAN FRANCISCO - Adm. Charles Wurster, Pacific Area commander, was onboard the Coast Guard Cutter Tern, an 87-foot patrol boat from Coast Guard Sector San Francisco, to participate in the Blessing of the Fleet ceremonies along with clergy members on Sunday here.
